Job Qualification Requirements:
Minimum of 3-month experience preferable in a high-volume restaurant. Must have understanding of food preparation fundamentals, knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation, knowhow in using variety of kitchen equipment. Must have basic mathematical, communication, & writing skills. Able to work all shifting and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

This is a temporary, full-time position. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence from the employee’s place of origin to the worksite and return transportation and subsistence at the end of employment, except when the employee does not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or when the employer has properly reported a voluntary abandonment of employment in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). The employer will comply with the three-fourths (¾) guarantee under 20 CFR 655.423(f), offering employment for at least ¾ of the workdays in the period beginning on the later of the employee’s first workday after arrival or the advertised contract start date, and ending on the expiration date of the USCIS work authorization or any extension thereof.

Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments and requests. Relay customer’s orders; request and record customer orders and compute bills. Process customer’s payment using cash register and merchant machine. Prepare daily food items, and cook simple foods and beverages, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, coffee, and cold drinks. Prepare workstation with required ingredients and equipment; keep station sanitary and organized throughout the shifts. Clean and organize eating, service and kitchen areas, monitor and order supplies or food items and restock as necessary to maintain inventory. Collect and return dirty dishes to the kitchen for washing. Wash dishes, glassware, and silverware. Relay food orders to cooks; arrange tables and decorations according to instructions.
